If you have chosen the Basic Package, buyer agents will reach out to you directly to schedule showings. You will need to give them instructions on how to access the property.
If you have chosen the Standard or Professional Packages, the appointment secretary will reach out to you via text, email, or phone for you to approve scheduled showing requests. Buyer agents can utilize the secure Realtor lockbox that was installed on the property whereby allowing buyer agents to access the key(s) in the lockbox only if they have an approved appointment time for that particular day. The lockbox will track those that have accessed the lockbox through SentriLock’s secure system. Buyers with no agent will reach out to you directly.
You can negotiate with the buyers through their agent, or you can hire Community FSBO to do so for you with our “Contract to Closing Option”.
You will need to have the buyer’s agent deliver earnest money to the closing agency/attorney that you hired to handle closing and hold escrow funds for you. Please make sure that you verified the closing agency/attorney will hold the earnest money prior to selecting them to represent you before sharing their information with Community FSBO.
You will be responsible for approving inspection and appraisal appointment requests, negotiating repair requests, reviewing the appraisal, and making sure all information is shared with all parties relevant to the transaction to ensure a successful closing of your home.

On average, properties listed in the MLS sell faster than those that are not listed on the MLS. The MLS is the best way to get maximum exposure for the listing of your home.
