With Community FSBO, you will be listed in the MLS and with all syndicated sites. Statistics show that homes listed in the MLS sell faster on average than properties not listed in the MLS. Furthermore, homebuyers who save listing criteria in the MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com, etc., will receive alerts when new properties that match their criteria come available and numerous alerts will be sent out to potential buyers within 24 hours of listing in the MLS.
