Refund And Cancellation Policies

We are dedicated to providing 100% satisfaction with our services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience with Community FSBO®, please contact us immediately and allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have encountered. Should you continue to remain dissatisfied with Community FSBO® after we have tried to resolve your issues, you may request a full refund at any time within 72 hours of your order and within 24 hours of your scheduled photography session. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover costs associated with the cancellation.  If within the 72 hour time frame, but less than 24 hours from your scheduled photography session, a photography session cancellation fee of $99 will be applied. After 72 hours from the time of your order, no refunds will be processed unless you qualify for the Money Back Guarantee offer. Furthermore, no refunds will be processed if the order has been found to be fraudulent (inaccurate listing information, ownership authority, etc.).
